Very good class--especially a good refresher for those of us who have been out of school for a number of years....Good to be reminded of the basics. I will be using some of the principles in daily editing and proofing in my job. (Vulcan Materials Company employee)

The credit unions loved the program! You did an absolutely wonderful job. I look forward to the next time we have the opportunity to work together. (Director of Educational Services, Alabama Credit Union League)

I have attended many classes and that was the first time that I saw a facilitator get a round of applause. The class was informative and interesting. I want you to know that this is the most important class I have ever taken. Even as I wrote this e-mail, I was constantly rewriting it. (Alabama Department of Tranportation)

I enjoyed your workshop so much in Perdido Beach that I asked my manager about having a workshop here for all the other secretaries that were not able to attend. (Administrative Assistant at W. D. Partlow Developmental Center)

Thank you so much for speaking at the Clerical Conference. The information was great, and they will find it very useful. Here are some of their comments: Ruth Cook was wonderful and needed...Presentation regarding business letters was interesting and helpful...I learned a lot from Ruth Cook...Could Administration get the same training on business letters as presented here? (State of Alabama Personnel Department)

All the information will be useful, and the material was wonderfully presented. This course will be of great benefit to my work. I look forward to the next portion of the course....This was pertinent information I will share with my contract staff, especially the information on commas....Reinforced rules previously learned and clarified rules that were confusing. (Alabama Training Institute workshop participants)
